Wladimir sparring Helenius rumour looks to be untrue.

It was 1 1/2 years ago.. and NO, wlad didn't get smacked around by him. Other way around

 

Um yes.. since I'm the Chef/training camp manager I think I would know when the full training camp starts. Like I said, wlad was training on his own and now the full camp started this week... 8 weeks out from the fight.. like always

 

I also heard that Helenius brought in his own chef who smacked you around the kitchen before serving up plates and plates of delicious food that Wlad and Robert both said they preferred to your cooking....

 

LOL. we were throwing knives and pans at each other. I won by KO with a liver shot with a hot skillet.. lol

 

I will say Helenius and his trainer were awesome. Really nice and respectful guys. Easy to work with in camp

 

A liver shot? That sounds offal-ly painful... ba dum tsh!
