I was completely wrong about David Haye.

No grandad involved, you clearly have n idea what the f4ck your talking about.

Leave boxing talk to the adults ( OAP's ).

Yes the "adult", the foul mouth "adult". That's normally a childlike tendency. ;)

I'm as proud a scouser as Bellew and any proper scouser backs their own to end of the world and back but deep deep down I didn't think he'd win. I said to everyone Bellew could tire him and stop him late when no one would listen but If I had to put my life on it I would have picked Haye of course.

Haye has been a ***** in the past, particularly during the build up to this fight but that was ****ing emotional watching that. Bellew was not winning that before the injury, just no. He was taking shots well and won a couple of rounds and was countering and moving brilliantly but before the injury Haye looked like he was starting to very slowly come into a rhythm and take over.

It's a real shame it ended like that because that fight deserved a definitive answer was so gripping and felt like anything could happen and to end like that didn't give do it justice. Haye showed unreal heart and my heart went out to him he's a ****ing warrior and there were times when he was landing the better shots even with that injury. I sincerely hope the injury isn't as bad as it looks and he can make a recovery because despite his questionable personality at times he deserves another crack after that.

Whether the Bellew rematch or another route, good luck Mr Haye.

Nice post mate, and fair play for having the conviction to back your man wehn nobody gave him a chancethis was no fluke, Tony took Hayes best shots, took his time and ground him down before administering the coup de grace.

Record books show Bellew TKO 11, but that doesn't do him justice imo.

Never been a huge fan, for all the Hype he has only fought in 3 world title fights at Cruiser losing one against Thompson ( much respect for the Mormack fight though )
He had a poor run at HW losing against the only live body he fought stinking the place out more than once.
That being said he has huge talent but is injury prone I dont think we ever saw the best version of Davd Haye and that is a huge shame.
For me he stood there like a man at the end, made no excuses and showed hue grit and heart, I hope he can come again because first 6 rounds prior to the injury were so compelling ... 2 very good boxers on show tonight.

I don't care for either one of these guys. I was 100% certain that David would demolish Bellew and I was 100% wrong. Congats to Bellew and I hope that there is NO rematch
