Exactly, as I said in my previous post the likes of Pimp-C*** and MVC would be crying out what a masterclass it was it this was Floyd but because one of their other boys (Garcia) get's schooled it's " all Thurman did was run/Thurman is a fraud" etc, it's just hilarious.
First off jackass pbf wouldn't lose a round to Garcia because pbf is a stylistic nightmare for Garcia. Danny likes to counter and is flat-footed he woukd get shut out against pbf you can't out counter the counter puncher in pbf. The fight would have looked just like the pbf canelo fight where a flat footed counter puncher in canelo was shut out and pbf stood right in front of him to do it.
He's definitely not a fraud fighter or whatever the term the OP used. He fought very well for most of the fight and for some reason decided to go on his bicycle during the championship rounds. Still, even when he was backpeddling or moving in circles avoiding Garcia, he did throw enough punches to make some of the later rounds competitive. He definitely had a decent lead going into the championship rounds, but it was risky for him to employ that style and almost give the fight away. It had an eerie resemblance to the DLH and Trinidad fight, but at least the right man won this time.
Hopefully Run Time retires now having nothing else left to prove, I know I'd be happy to never have to watch another fight with Thurman in it. Dude makes being the stick and move style ugly and dull.
I never thought Thurman was special but come on, he was impressive last night. He beat Garcia, who is still underrated. Keith dictated the action for most of the fight. I didn't like that Keith "ran" in the last few rounds but when you're ahead, you have that luxury.
Pac is ready to climb up even more ATG positions if he beats Khan and the Thurman-Brook/Spence winner. It would essentially be his third career at Welterweight.
