He threw the punch , therefor it can't be luck that it landed.

No , i see no argument for Mackabo winning a rematch. It was a blow out.

Boxing is very hard to predict because there are so many factors, I think there is such a thing as chance. That's why we sometimes say in a hypothetical matchup that fighter A wins 9 out of 10 times, or a certain upcoming fight is a 50/50.

Bellew was down heavily earlier, nearly got KO'ed himself.

I think we'll have to agree to disagree on both points then.

Bellew pushing Hearn away after the Haye fight was one of the funniest things I've seen in a ring for many a year. It's the forlorn expression on Hearn's face that I find so amusing. He looks like a little boy who has just been betrayed by his father lol

It's only rivaled by James DeGale's hilarious post-fight ''And I Lost My Teef'' interview

People don't magically gain a new skill set just because they go up in weight.
Bellew was comprehensively dominated by Adonis in their fight.
Adonis would bobble head him at CW just like he did at LHW.

And I really hate that I have to defend Adonis....

You realise people can improve right?

You realise Bellew was a skeleton at LHW and should have never been fighting there, having fought at HW + Cruiser in the AMS.

Bellew has totally eclipsed Stevenson now

What he did is no different from the many HW/SHW amateurs that went down to LHW once they went pro.
(or amateur MW's that fought at WW, or LHW's that fought at MW etc.......), It's not very special at all.
Nothing I've seen from Bellew in his subsequent fights has shown me he's a better fighter at CW, indeed
he hasn't even fought a top echelon CW to be considered.

And to say he eclipsed Adonis? Nah, not really. Even people that don't like Adonis at least recognize
he's top 3 or 4 in his respective division. That cannot be said about Bellew at CW let alone HW.

Although I disagree with your post, I can see your reasons.

The trouble is we will never find out because Stevenson and his team are too busy protecting him. The guy just isn't interested in facing the top guys.

If some miracle happened and the fight happened, I would fully back Bellew to spark Adonis.

It's true they appear on 2 different trajectories, Adonis, eventually his age will catch up to him.
