Absolutely, no question there.

This one comes down to eye test vs resume again.

Resume order is clearly: Pac > Thurman > Brook/Spence
Eye test is debatable, but quite a few of us see it Brook > Thurman > Pacquaio or Brook = Thurman > Pacquaio.

I mainly disagree that brook spence winner gets the 3rd spot. As for now, Thurman is 1.

 

Resume for me it's: Pac>Thurman>Brook>Spence/Porter/Garcia

Eye test it's:
Spence/Brook>Thurman>Pac>Porter>Khan.

 

Am I the only one that thinks Porter would beat Danny?

Porter is a tricky guy to beat his style is hard to fight against but it's also hard to win with because it's so messy.

Garcia has cement in his legs the slightest bit of movement throws his whole game off.

I think Thurman catches him, however a 3 in a row of Porter, Garcia and Peterson would be mightily impressive.

Very few guys around who will have as impressive a trio of wins in a row.

 

today, i have pac- brook or spence- thurman or bradley- garcia or crawford... thats if you could make any combination of fights right now. i think in 2 years when they all sort themselves out, it will be spence-crawford-thurman. pac and bradley will be gone, brook will be at 154.

 

Waste of a fight for Thurman IMO. Let the losers bracket fight PEDerson. Pay Keith with a Broner, Pacquiao, Brook, Bradley or a Mayweather fight.

 

I think Peterson would be trouble for Thurman late in the fight.

That's Matthysse though and at 140 lbs. It's a totally different fight between these two if they fight eachother. I can see Peterson going the distance and making it rough and tough for Thurman.

 

Peterson is a good fighter and would put up a good fight against Thurman, I would pick Thurman to win though.

An ideal scenario would be Thurman-Peterson mandatory in the summer with Thurman(if he won) against the Brook-Spence winner in a unification fight towards the end of the year.

 

Brook/Spence winner should fight PEDerson for a right to take on the kingpin Thurman.
