He's def a fav of mine to watch. His jab is awesome. Exciting to see how middleweight will be in a few years. Andrade and jermell will move up too eventually.
Big fan of this guy but would have to say he has shown nothing to suggest such lofty expectation. Could still be a high profile big money fighter though.
He certainly looks the part and have great potential. The way he could be included in the p4p discussion is if he dominated a division or have winning resume against other p4p fighter. He definitely has not done either as yet. Also he has just recently outgrew the junior middleweight division before stamping his mark as the best there. The only name below middleweight that can propel him is Canelo, which I think will not look his way. Too big a risk with low reward. If if he has a win over Canelo, I assume he will fill the spot in the middle top 10. In the middleweight, all path leads to GGG and his team has stated that they need to test the water first. So I guess it will be awhile before he gets to that spot or might never will.

Well why? I understand if you're talking about his opponents, but he's going to be getting good names eventually but in terms of skill and his performances, he could be in the top 10 pound for pound.
The guy has knockout power, he's athletic, hella reach, his chin seems to be good but I'll have to see when he gets hit by a real power puncher. All in all I could see him cracking the the list in a year from now.
Physically, Charlo is very impressive but hasn't caught my attention with any special boxing skills. I suppose you are right though, the potential is there to achieve, and achievements will largely decide how he is rated. I heard he trains with Errol Spence Jr, would like to see the 2 spar, would be interested if Jermall could keep Errol at length?
