Could an elite female Heavyweight beat a elite male welterweight

Why don't you set one up then! whats stopping you there's plenty of opportunity for you to do so ? You could build up a career in fighting women and work your way up. Could you imagine the offers you'd get off male fighters once you built up a reputation for beating women up!!

 

I assure you I would if I could. Unfortunately I am over 30 and not too confident even against the right women if she was trained and in fighting shape, would be a great gimmick though - The Fairer Sexecutioner!

 

So what think of the money and 30 whats stopping you?
I'm sure there are people here that can set you up with an opponent to start you off or get you sparring first. You'd earn plenty of Youtube and can start earning by putting yourself on there, ''If the money was right'' you said. There would plenty of offers from both sexes as you grew in notoriety. Worth thinking about it. Why not post contact details up and arrange a gym visit to build up your confidence? Don't tell them your initial intentions or your time could be pretty rough.

Whats stopping me is there isn't any money in boxing for pro's, never mind 30+ yr old with no experience fighting women.
If you are a rich eccentric and want to call my bluff, put up some cash and I will start training with the intentions of KOing your lady-boxer (I want a soft touch for my 1st bout, no sluggers)

Believe me even sparring against a Woman boxer would gain enough interest off here to gain money off a You Tube account lets start it off. There are loads of Female out in here and Kick boxers in Thailand who you'd get to train against, build the whole thing up.

Also her fighting weight was 168.

If Pac didnt have to cut any weight and ate what he want in camp, he'd probably get in the ring around 155, so there isnt even a major size difference.

Pac would KO her in 10 seconds if he wanted to.

Female boxers these days are of a much higher level that even 10 years ago, as there is now female boxing at the olynpics and womens boxing is getting national funding.

Girls these days are coming through the same amateur systems as men.

Women like Katie Taylor, Claressa Shields, Nicola Adams etc are on a totally different level to women of even 10-15 years ago.

 

My money would be on the Welterweight. Sorry but the little "Hear Me Roar" fantasies would be halted BRUTALLY if they were actually played out and the guy went 100%.

But some of the top middleweights like Clarissa Shields could probably beat some smaller male journeymen, actually even Katie Taylor at lightweight spars men.

Obviously I have touched a nerve by revealing willingness to fight a women in a boxing match.

I suppose your nose is out of joint because you are a "True Man" and if I was ever to enter a boxing gym, a coward like me would be taught a lesson in chivalry by a "True Man" such as yourself who would never lay a finger on a maiden fair

Contesting a boxing match is sport, mugging a pensioner or drunkenly beating your wife, that's something else.

I really don't think so. I've boxed women in my gym, some who we're national champions, pros and what not, I myself am a pretty good fighter, Provincial Golden Glove Champion, I'm a light heavyweight but am not a pro and havent won a national title or anything but always have to take it super easy on any girl I've boxed. A couple months ago I was having a sparring session and their was a girl I believe shes cruiserweight preparing for a pro fight. After getting in 4 rounds with a dude her trainer asked if I could move around with her a little bit. I said sure. At the time I hadn't been in the gym much at all and was pretty tired after a good 4 rounds. With the girl I knew to go easy but cause she was a pro I still wanted to touch her for her mistakes. I worked his body mostly not throwing at my full power. After two rounds she was completely done and I was now refreshed from the two easy rounds. Not bragging just contributing to the forum but the truth is women cannot fight men. Its like a man trying to take on an ape its not at all fair. Nothing against Women or Women boxers but IMHO Women just aren't built to fight like men not genetically or in their mindsets. A few women are exceptions but not many, I really don't like watching Women fight in all honesty.

 

Women boxing has a poor talent pool. There simply aren't many women interested in taking up boxing as a hobby, never mind doing it professionally. For every woman there are like 100 men training boxing and I'm probably generous here. There were never any women training boxing at our gym.

Maybe there are more of them doing kickboxing, taekwondo, BJJ and judo but boxing is a notoriously manly sport, dominated by men.

You just don't see many women competing in it and the ones who are at the top didn't have to overcome a particularly talented competition.

There are some women who have solid technique and skills but then you also have someone like Holly Holm who is supposedly some sort of ATG of women boxing and I saw her last fight in the UFC where she was eating right hand counters all night long and was hitting nothing but air missing with entire combos, basically shadowboxing in front of her opponent.
