Both have way more power than anyone under hw really needs. It's who lands the right shot. Curtis got slept from the shot crushing the end of the nerves which is indefensible, getting caught there you're out.

Two completely different kind've hooks landed. Golovkin's was a follow up
hook, hook shot, the first one, Curtis had partially blocked, Curtis was still in defensive mode
and by the way it was thrown, clearly wasn't full power.

The Lemiuex hook, Curtis was completely exposed and firing his own shot, he never
even anticipated the shot. The shots you are never aware of affect you the worse.

Golovkin, I have no doubt is probably heavier handed, Lemiuex wings and puts full
force into his shots to get the same effect as Golovkins, normal relaxed arsenal.

 

I think if you put them both on a power testing machine the Canadians bombs could possibly top Golovkins but with GGG its every punch that seems to really hurt more than they should not just the bombs.
