Armstrong was throwing everything because Conn wasn't. Conn pulled a couple four or five jabs at the beginning, but clearly didn't try to throw or land anything at all. He was just moving around the ring blocking stuff. Would've been nice if Conn threw some actual punches, like Armstrong was. Interesting to see them both in the ring together, though.

It's obvious to me that Conn wasn't trying to land anything serious...he was being intentionally tentative.
