    I think Taylor has looked consistently very good so far. Whereas Davies looked good last time out against the totally shot, but he looked poor against Scarpa.. he was very one paced, predictable ( and Boring) in that fight, Scarpa is a poor fighter he was just a punchbag and Davies couldn't even put a dent in him.. he looked very domestic level that night.
    Taylor would knock him out I reckon.

    Pipe down pip squeak.

    Od didn't need to change the pace against Scarpa as he was winning easily. He also had grit in his eye which would of affected his performance.

    Taylor doesn't have the power to ambush OD like he does everyone else and will get knocked out by the first aggressive counter puncher he faces.

    Now suck out and keep my name from your tongue little boy.

    It's early days, but OD is a good prospect and will go places... He's awkward, has those long arms and can punch. He did what he had to do against Scarpa and he done a demolition job on a shop-worn Derry, who let's not forget had gone 12 rounds against Flanagan only 1 year prior.

    But for me, Taylor has the tools to go all the way. I think he's a bit special.

    The problem I have is the last guy I managed who was supposed to fight him at lightweight ended up getting blanked after the fight was made, OD moved up in weight rather than fight my lad at the time.
    Ps Taylor will school OD, yes he's a good fighter but listening to him is hard work and Taylor smashes him

    Hearn has also said that Davies is 'beyond domestic level' - i.e. above the likes of Taylor, Nurse, Catterall, Coyle and Robbie Davies - so I wouldn't expect to see OD and Josh share a ring any time soon. A shame because it's a great match-up.
