If you actually read what has been said of Duran in this thread and had a damn brain cell, you wouldn't post such pathetic drivel. There's no possible response I can give to you throwing your toys out of the pram.
Besides, I said 9-3, so Mayweather would win three rounds.
Mayweather is arguably/very close to top 10 of all time in my H2H rankings. How much more am I supposed to praise the fourth member of your Godhead?

The Pimp often mentions "Floyd never lost, Duran/X fighter lost". As a way to analyze a fighters greatness and capabilites. Which is a 4th grade level analysis.

Using his logic wouldn't that make Calzaghe better and greater than Floyd? Since they're both undefeated, but Calzaghe win over a prime Kessler is by far the best win on either man's resume. And by extention doesn't that mean Calzaghe>Mayweather>Duran since undefeated fighters are always the greatest?

I'm trying to deconstruct the Pimps logic. Every time I attempt though my brain ends hurting when I try and wrap my head around all his fail.

Even an out of prime Canelo,Pacquiao,De la Hoya,Cotto or JMM are better wins than Mikkel Kessler,
if it would be so easy to say Mayweather fought them when he had an advantage, which was not the case.

Mayweather was not even in his prime himself when he fought Cotto and Pacquiao.
And he came back from a 21 month retirement to fight JMM.
He was out of his prime when he beat Canelo , who was already a world class fighter in 2013.

By thst logic even an out of prime Roy Jones and Bernard Hopkins are better wins than Castillo.

Roy jones was too far away from his prime , he was only a shadow of himself , but Bernard Hopkins was still
a good fighter when he fought against Calzaghe , not in his prime anymore , but he was still very good.

Chess is a game,Fighting a prime Roberto Duran is about as dangerous as it gets, add hatred into the mix and Floyd simply cannot keep Duran off him. The sheer volume and savagery of Duran's attack round after round would take it's toll. As Sugar Ray Leonard said,," Duran showed him there's another level of fighting that he'd never experienced" Floyd would find that out too. and boys Floyd Mayweather is no Sugar Ray Leonard.

Prime Mayweather , the Mayweather who was fighting against Marquez would give Sugar Ray Leonard
    a good fight , don't be ignorant.

You talk like Mayweather wouldn't do anything , if Duran would go after him , he would throw counterpunches.
Duran has to box in that fight, if he tries to brawl with Mayweather he would be eating counterpunches all day long.

I am talking about the best possible version of Floyd Mayweather don't forget that.
The best possible Version of Floyd Mayweather would be dodging the most punches from Roberto Duran.

I know that Duran is great , i didn't say one time that Mayweather would school him , it would be a close fight.
I think Mayweather would either win by UD 115-113 or by MD with 114-114 115-113 115-113.

Duran didn't "brawl", he feinted his way in and then fought smart on the inside using angles and body positioning. That's not brawling. Floyd would throw counter punches backing up in a straight line, but would be limited by the feints, and then the fight would end up on the inside, where Duran is superior.

It's always this fighter coulda , that fighter shoulda, or this fighter woulda done this or that to Floyd but yet none ever have, none ever will, and none probably could even if they had the chance! Advantage Mayweather

Oh but one fighter DID in the pros (I'll leave out the ams to be nice) and that was Jose Louis Castillo in the first fight :) And he SHOULDA got that decision.

    Floyd was FAR from invincible

Floyd is defensively better than Leonard. A great defense beats a great offense 9 out of 10 times..
