So the morbile obeses have equal chances to fight for the titles. Put 300 lbs limit and obeses like Nichols and Ruiz Jr could become champ.

Oh i thought this thread was guna mean something else. I thought you were guna say the likes of Joshua, Wilder, Wlad would go to Super Heavy and the guys just over 6ft but too stocky to force themselves down to Cruiser would have a division to themselves. If the big tall guys with big long reaches can also bring a good level of skill to the table then the shorter guys with the shorter arms are just helpless to get close enough to do anything.

But its not, its about big fatties. No they shouldnt, they should get fitter or not deserve no belts.

There aren't enough good HW fights out there to make a super heavy but if there were then I'd say the limit should be 250lbs. Breazeale vs Ugonoh is one fight that made me think there should be a super heavy.

Is this just yet another way of getting Paul Smith a title shot?

I suppose a 201 - 220lb division and a 221-whatever size division might make sense. But I doubt the SHW division would get that much action. Most SHW could probably boil off 15 lbs and make it.

If there was about 100 times the talent in heavyweight division of all shapes and sizes ... then probably still no.

As it stands with talent being so few and far between when it comes to the big guys, the last thing we need is another division. If Charles Martin can pick up a strap then who else would if the division was diluted further?

Nah I enjoy the fights were there is some size disparity, particularly where you would have a Tyson or Holyfield-esque type fighter involved.

If you're are talking about fat fugs swinging leather, in a fat division, then no.
