I don't know why he has gotten a second chance, but I hope Fonfara wins.

Also Jean Pascal vs Eleider Alvarez added to card as co-main.

Isn't Fonfara actually decent? Or did getting sparked by a journeyman ruin him to the point even Adonis is game?
    The undercard fight sounds alright.

Fonfara isn't bad at all, he's still a Top 10 LHW.

How do you rate his chances against Stevenson? I might put some ££££ down on Fonfara depending on how he's looking.

Actually pretty good. Fonfara has a bad chin, which is why he got knocked out so early against Smith Jr. His performances before were pretty solid.

Adonis is inactive, if he fights he fights easy opponents. It could happen that he got old over night, he will be 40 this year. Fonfara dropped him already in their first match.

Furthermore, he is training with Ward and Khan for months now, so he might have learned the one thing or the other.

Fonfara is the hungrier fighter of the two.. no doubt about that. Both fighters know each other so it'll be interesting. I've been rooting for Fonfara for years now so I'm obviously pulling for him to KO Stevenson into retirement so that the boxing world could forget about this lame champ.

Some pros I see for Fonfara: Massive heart to fight. Gets better as the fight progresses. Stevenson hasn't fought in almost a year, he's going to be 40 this year. Fonfara just fought and had training camp for a lefty in Dawson so now he continues with the lefty training. He also trains with some top fighters at Virgil's camp so that could help for something?
Cons: He has a questionable chin and a defense that doesn't look good when the other fighter is aggressive.

    War Fonfara!

Hunter won't help Fonfara, he's not a good trainer and he should be at cruiserweight anyways, draining himself from 200 lbs.

It's a real **** fight. Stevenson has to give the few fans he has, more than the same bull**** over and over. There is too much talent in the division for Fonfara to be getting another title shot.
