With only two weeks to go, I expected to hear an announcement last night on Bunce's Boxing Hour re' coverage of this eliminator. Anybody heard anything?

Is this fight 100% happening? I find it remarkable how little has been mentioned of it

Not sure if it's happening but I could understand the promoters and the broadcasters holding back the publicity until the final week, seeing as it has no chance of competing with AJ-Klitschko for media attention. Better to come in straight after that huge fight and piggy-back off the aftermath coverage with some publicity. With the winner of AJ-Klit holding WBA and IBF belts, the question of further unification will be a post-fight topic, and that's ideal opportunity for the Parker-Fury fight to become immediately relevant.

Having said that, there's a genuine worry the fight isn't happening.

Unless Hughie's TV deal has expired then it will be on Boxnation.

I got told that ITV were considering buying this and sticking it on PPV! Haha

    That would have been insane

A massive improvement on Chris Eubank Jr. though.

This fight is MUCH more PPV worthy than the Eubank card

They'd have a hard job getting PPV ££ from people for a fight that will be on at 10am UK time
