I am biased here- Loma not only being my countryman but also being from the same state I am from (Odes'ka Obalst') but Floyd at 130 was a beast and I cannot discount that. Loma's offence would give him half of the rounds at least but you cannot discount May for his aim and percision. I give it 50-50 at 130. And the best fight bxing pursits can hope for, ever.

 

Man, I'm no Floyd fan and am excited to see Hi Tech's career unfold, but this is ridiculous. Can we have this thread again in 5 years?

No point. Lomachenko's already at the highest level and Mayweather's die hard fans will always say he'd beat Loma. Loma can beat the equivalent of Manny, Chavez, Arguello etc. at 130 and Mayweather's fans will still say 'Prime PBF was just a different animal, he was aggressive and will use his reach'.

I'm calling it as it is, Loma is the better pure boxer and you're not beating him unless you are very aggressive and rugged, staying in his face and are very big for the weight. Floyd doesn't qualify.

 

Lomachenko may be everything you say he is. Time will tell and I'll be rooting for him in most cases. That said, every time you unequivocally state as objective fact things that are subjective, you further damage the credibility of your accounts as well as the impact of your arguments. I don't know if that is by design or ?
