As for Ruiz, he was better than any of the bums Joshua had on his record and would have gone life and death with Joshua. The same with Takum.

Parker's resume is far more credible than the multitude of semi-retired old men, substitute teachers and former NFL players that Joshua has on his record.

 

The money is definitely there to give Hughie more, but I've heard reports that Matchroom's offer to potential opponents is less than that. It is US dollars I believe.
