I was thinking about getting one of these. They are £350 though quite expensive, anyone got any experience with them? Are they any good?

Look quite good but if I'm forking out need a top quality product that's not going to fall apart.

You'll never do that much ducking in a fight. Punches don't come at you like that. You won't be punching in the direction the other punch is coming.

That is a crappy product, if you compete don't use it. If not then do whatever you want.

I've competed for years. Had 17 fights. I think it looks like a good product.

You don't always have to duck though

I just like how it gets you moving and you have to work on speed and reactions. I'm not saying it's an exact simulation but looks decent. Was just looking for feed back on it really don't want to buy it if it'll just fall apart.

My only real reservations are it has the potential to develop bad habits over time but I agree that it does get you moving and helps speed/reactions.

I'd post a couple of my fights up here but probably get idiots talking rubbish for a rise. I just think head movement is what I need most of all and sharpness, also this would be good for in the house.

I understand what you mean about bad habits but if used as these do in video then it would be done correctly. I know how to roll properly as well but I don't do it fast enough for in fights which is why I mainly just defend with my guard.

Its always hooks youre defending there though isnt it

Hook you know are coming too because you have just hit the bar in the opposite direction

It looks ok, could be fun to hit at the gym for 5 minutes or so to warm up, but i doubt it has too much real world application and for £350 i definitely wouldnt get one
