    Check this out. And TJ ain't no joke in MMA either! He was the UFC's 135lb champ and is fighting for that title again very soon :D Loma is just playing with him. LOL

    I'm not a big fan of MMA but Loma is towing with world rated boxers, I dont see how we boxing fans can brag about this sparring session.
    It doesnt mean anything.

    Isnt TJ a wrestler ?

    Dillishaw actually looks to move okay for a mma guy. But loma was about 30% there. Just literally tapping him. Like how you shouldnt treat a novice

    Likewise is loma wanted to 'roll' with dillishaw would play about with him as well.

    Yeah this is mainly just a fun video of the spar between the two and not posted to make anyone look bad but rather have fun watching how good Loma is. Vasyl didn't beat the **** out of him or anything! Lol!

    I don't see how it can do anything but benefit each guy, regardless of their original sport, so why not.

    I don't think either guy benefits from this.

    Loma may as well be hitting the heavy bag and TJ would be better off facing a top-30 guy who he could at least land a punch on while being outclassed.

    To be clear, this isn't an indictment on Dillishaw because if any boxer sparred MMA with Jon Jones or Mighty Mouse, they'd be humiliated too.

    He'd have Loma down and be ground and pounding him probably within 15 seconds if they were in the Cage sparring MMA. It is to be expected that Lomachenko has his way with him in a boxing ring. If James Toney's fat ass had of sparred Couture in a boxing ring he'd of had his way with him as well.
