Prime Tyson definately had better stamina and could deliver ruthless combinations for the full duration of the fight.

A prime Tyson would definately have finished AJ off in round 6 when he had him hurt. Heck he would have bought about that scenario in first 2 rounds of the fight.

AJ would definately be wary of Tyson's reputation.

Tyson is too fast. Joshua is kind of slow. Wlad was definitely faster.

Joshua would never make it to the 6th round with a prime Tyson. Tyson was way too quick, skilled and aggessive for AJ. Tyson by knock out in 2 rounds or less.

One thing is for sure, when he had Joshua hurt, he would finish him right there and then.

Secondly, it is one thing fighting Klitschko and a totally other proposition fighting a peak Tyson. That will definately play on AJ's mind, i think he might make the mistake of giving Tyson too much respect.

AJ is way too good for Tyson. 41 y/o Wlad is greater than any win Tyson had in his entire career. Tyson really was one of the most overrated fighters ever. When people talk about Tyson they talk about what he could of or should of been. Not what he actually was. Never has anybody had more excuses made for them than Tyson has.

And keep in mind this is pre-prime AJ. A prime AJ vs a "prime" Mike would like a lot like that tattoo job Lennox Lewis put on Tyson.

Mike by KO inside a few rounds. Maybe the first round.

Who would win, prime Sergey Kovalev or Manny Pac? Just trying to put the size difference into perspective. Different eras.

I like Mike but that would be his best win by a distance.

Joshua is good, no doubt about it but Mike Tyson at 21 was great.

Lol! How old are you and what are you smoking? 20 year old MT annihilates Joshua. Tyson was too fast, skilled and was one of the hardest hitting hws of all time. You must be young.

Size differential at hw is meaningless. Prime Mike was 218/220lbs with ridiculous speed, skill and punching power. Joshua would have no idea what hit him after he wakes up in the dressing room. You mike haters are hilarious.

The best heavyweight in the world through out Mike Tysons physical prime was Evander Holyfield, not Mike Tyson. Why not have "time machine fights" with him? Current fans don't think Joshua is comparable to the very best of yester-year so they compare him to the 2nd or third best guy of that era?

Size does matter but Tyson was the exception. He is probably the only short armed, short fighter in history who made it meaningless. He beat a lot of bigger, rangier heavyweights in Style. Bruno was 248 lbs in 1996

I hear ya. Look at the way Tyson destroyed all the big, tall decent fighters he faced in mere seconds. Fighters like Bonecrusher Smith, Mitch Green, Toney Tucker, Buster Douglas, Donovan Ruddock....

    Whoops
