Well, I remember Harry Carpenter "Get in there, Frank!" when Bruno faced Tyson in 1989. That's BBC.
Most commentators in sports are biased and likely to be unprofessional at times.
The BBC's coverage of the Olympics pisses me off, as does Tennis coverage, international football coverage, etc.

In truth, we don't really know what it was that upset Bernd Boente.
I suspect it was Tyson Fury making a rude comment about Boente that Kugan couldn't help but laugh at. It would be interesting going back through the interviews to find what Boente could be so upset about.
For example, wouldn't be surprised if we can find out Fury says Boente looks like a kiddie fiddler or something like that, and they all laugh.
Unprofessional, yes. But Fury's a funny guy, even if his sense of humour is childish.

What I will say is team fury really must of taken the liberties with the rematch. Disgusting behavior from them and it's ridiculous how fury fans don't seem that bothered about it

First thing I do every day after making some food after work is to check for new vids uploaded. IFL put the work in whether it's small hall or big time.

Of course, it's a valid reason. Kugan is supposed to be a journalist and remain impartial. He clearly makes it obvious Hearn, Bellew and AJ are his mates and even tries to challenge people when they have a different view on his mates. Kugan is very unprofessional.

He's a total wally who begs it with Eddie to the point it makes me nauseous. He's also happy to take that MTK blood money whilst doing interviews without a Bellew saying he agrees that criminals should be executed. The guys a ***** and I for one couldn't care less if the overgrown suck up stopped getting the exclusives so promoters, fighters and trainers started talking to actual journalists again.

I feel the same way about Seckback minus the drug money.

I thought the point of Kugan and ifltv was to film the fighters/promoters talking, ask some basic questions and let them ramble on in a more informal style, behind the scenes and at casual settings.
The questions didn't seem important, nor did I realize this was supposed to be serious unbiased reporting. Far from it.
I thought it was more about getting long material of fighters/promoters talking about whatever they wanted, more or less.
I'm surprised people took Kugan so seriously. I think he's good because he gets a load of footage and we see less formal interviews, get to judge personalities a bit better.
I thought ifltv channel is just a Vlog thing really.

Each to their own. I think he's a good interviewer and although he shows clear bias to guys like Saunders, Fury and Bellew he rarely conducts a bad interview.

I'd have a drink with him if I ever saw him out.

Helder though is an appalling interviewer and is much more a suck up than Kugs.

Neither of them are impartial or proffesional they run a YouTube channel. Which is why people like it

People are fed up of polished scripted boxing stories and want to see the fighters relaxed and themselves

Well as you say each to their own. I don't watch his videos anymore on principle as I don't want to support him, his form of rank amateur 'banter journalism' or MTK which is why as I said on this very thread I personally couldn't give a **** if he and IFL stop getting access to big fights.

Oh and Boente is a dick too but with Wlad having been effectively put out to pasture by Joshua we won't have to deal with that self important pillock any more.

Dead right. Helder is painful to listen to and cannot stop telling the interviewee what they want to hear. He's particular vomit-inducing with Peter Fury. And does he ever stop saying "sort of" in his interviews?

Kugan clearly is closer to the fighters and is able to get them to open up more for a better interview. Kugan is clearly close friends with the likes of Fury, Saunders, Whyte etc and that helps.

Were there even any videos put up at the weekend? All I've seen is a quick reaction with Hearn and the whole press conference. Kugan would usually do an hour long sit-down with Hearn the Monday after a huge fight.

I don't know why people dislike them, they aren't the most polished because they aren't proper journalists. They started their business from nothing and have done it for many years for little return, they deserve some perks and time in the limelight. And yes they do tiny hall shows with about 100 people there. They cover every level of the sport. They use Hearn and he uses them, I'm sure they are both fine with that.

    Imagine no IFLTV....
