Nice commentary Rumsfeld. 4 truly great fighters within proximity of their best weight fighting one another.
Amazingly almost all of the encounters are great fights, instant classics! Really enjoy the video.

Thank you! Appreciate you always taking the time to watch and provide feedback!

And yeah, it really was something the way those pairings worked out. Wish I was old enough to have gotten to follow that from the beginning. But the great thing about those rivalries is, even if you weren't old enough, they're still amazing to watch.

The pleasure is all mine. I haven't watch these for awhile, so it's nice to refresh the memory. Keep them coming buddy!
Being a big fan of Duran, the one I love the most is the Montreal fight.
Besides Leonard-Duran 2 and 3, I still have all fights on video cassettes, among the first when I start collecting.

Nice trip down memory lane Rummy. I was always excited when I was younger to watch these guys. Marvin was by far the most polarizing figure to me as a younger man because he was so REAL.

Your Father would be proud to see how his love for boxing has touched so many of us through his son. Nice work Rummy:beer-toast1:

I was 9 when I saw Hagler-Hearns, which was the first boxing match I remember seeing. So I was a little young when Duran and Leonard first squared off.

Out of all those four... I have always thought Tommy Hearns would be the guy to beat Floyd in a hypothetical matchup. The other three would definitely have a shot... but I'd bet my house and car on Hearns beating Floyd badly.

I recall, of all the people in my family, my Grandmother, always rooting for the skinny man as she called him. LOL
He was one of the few that used that height when he boxed
