you constantly talk crap about me talking crap...do you talk about anything else besides me?

do you honestly think i care if i get banned?

you are also under the impression that every time i get "banned" its because of golovkin...if thats the case you should wonder what the real reason behind that is....but thats just not the case....

it could appear to someone like you that im always talking crap about golovkin...but it appears to me that you are always quoting me and talking about me...difference being is that golovkin is a fighter and this is a boxing board...im just a poster/fan....

It was clear from day 1 that this fight was different for chavez. Going out and getting Memo to help him make the weight and Nacho to train and discipline him made that clear as day. He looked better on the scales than he has since his fight with andy lee. Compare yesterday's weigh in to the Martinez weigh....there's no comparison.

I think JCC is coming with full margarito pressure. Probably 184lbs.

You asked me to find where Canelo ever said that. I found it.

What you are leaving out in all of this about expecting Canelo to defend a title at a weight he had never fought at is that after he beat Cotto, both sides agreed along with the blessing of the WBC to fight one interim fight. Canelo could have chosen to fight a true MW in that fight. He could have fought literally anyone in the world close to his weight. That's where I turned on the guy. Then talked smack about we don't F*** around and I'll fight him right now nonsense.

And while I agree that the fight with Canelo is now his biggest fight out there..it's not Mayweather big money.

You found that quote, which was said before the Cotto bout, before Canelo became Middleweight Champion.

He said at the end of that quote that he won't give weight advantages due to his what he went through with Mayweather. He made it clear that he wasn't ready to move up to 160 yet. That's a big difference than Canelo demanding Triple G make 155 as Middleweight Champion as you suggested. He said "let him come to 155" before he became MW champion. And lets not forget that Triple G had already stated that he would come down to 154 to fight Floyd, Canelo probably heard that and thought well if he's willing to come down in weight to fight Floyd, then why wouldn't he be willing to come down to 155 to fight Canelo? (keep in mind that he said this one month before fighting Cotto at 155, which no one seemed to have a problem with at the time)

Lets review, shall we : no one seemed to have a problem with him fighting Floyd at a 152 catchweight in 2013. No one criticized Floyd for demanding that out of Canelo.

No one seemed to have a problem with Cotto draining MWs or fighting Canelo at 155. No one criticized Cotto for that. (maybe some criticized Cotto for draining Geale, but no one criticized Canelo vs Cotto happening at 155, that was the fight that everyone wanted to see)

But then when Canelo says "let Triple G come to 155" before Canelo was even a MW champ, that all of a sudden was unreasonable? How can you not see the double standards involved here?

Floyd and Cotto seemed to have gotten a pass for catchweights and draining opponents, but when Canelo merely suggests doing the same to Triple G, he's criticized for it? It makes no sense. Again, I'm not defending MW titles being contested at catchweights, I think I've made it clear that I don't like catchweights for title fights, but clearly based on all this, and based on Triple G himself saying he'd come down to 154 to fight Floyd, it's clear that Canelo was being held to a different standard where he couldn't do to Triple G what Floyd and Cotto were able to do to him, or what Triple G even said he'd allow Floyd to do to him. That's the sort of hypocrisy and double standards from the fans that I'm pointing out.

Because he knows he's in a no win situation here. If he loses to Chavez Jr. he's a bum, and if he beats the son of the most popular and beloved champion in the history of Mexican pugilism the Mexican people are only going to despise him even more than they do now.

What the hell is 164.5lbs? What a joke Canelo is and he and his team don't even try to cover their antics up. I find it strange the media doesn't call him out about his diva personality, Chavez did a decent job of it though...
