Been boxing for 2-3 months now took part in a white collar boxing match (sponsored charity event) I used to be really fit and healthy when playing football I was 6yrs-14yrs.
I then got bored, drifted more with friends then eventually started smoking!, just wished I done boxing from that age because I love it, id of never got bored of it never ever. I now know what my dream is but will I ever be able to fulfil my true potential and reach my dream?
I'm currently 19 years old I'm training in a professional amateur boxing gym and have already started sparring, I've got a whole lot better from my first ever sparring session. Now there starting to show me more stuff and I'm sparring virtually all the time and still practising techniques, foot work movement blocking/slipping and also counter punching. Do they maybe think I can become a amateur carded boxer?, I'm pushing myself further and further and want to achieve many great potential things, always working hard and striving to be the best I can be!

Depends on you, just take it seriously considering you want to compete. Taking days off or getting bored will make you pay the day of fighting. Also take care of important little details like resting and eating properly.

Save your life story for the autobiography.
If complete strangers on the internet tell you, "no, you're not cut-out for this..." what would you do?
Answer that, and you've got your answer.

    This.

The fact you ask this question shows a lack of self confidence, something top level athletes have in abundance.
