    This is as close to a 50-50 fight as you can get. Two great fighters in or near their prime, to say Canelo has less than a snowballs chance in hell is ridiculous.

    Nothing to do with Mayweather who beat a fairly green version (although still a very good win). Alvarez has improved hugely since that fight.

    And I still do think that he does beat him on the inside. Holyfield would have needed to box at range with Povetkin. If Czyz gave Holyfield something to think about up close, well, Sasha is on another level :deal:

    I think you should make that 147 just to make sure. They might need to cut off arms or legs to make weight but it would be a fairly even 12 rounds with Floyd potshotting.

    18 months ago I would say GGG by KO mid 6th round.
    Now I see the improvement from Canelo over his last fights and predict:
    GGG by very late TKO or a wide (2 rounds 10-8) UD after the final bell

    Exactly. Many idiots like IKSAB also seem to like Froch and favor him over MANY EE fighters in hypothetical matchups since he LEGITIMATELY lost to Andre Ward :)

    Yes, Golovkin will knock El Pollo out, but Oscar will own the judges, referee and boxing commission.....................how much the referee can protect El Pollo I do not know..............El Pollo has a rematch clause, Golovkin was not allowed the same, so this stinks of cheating...........
