Who is the weakest belt-holder, and the best non-title holder right now?

    Only the four major belts count, not including the WBA regular or any interim titles. Non-title holder = doesn't hold a title right now; may have done so in the past.

    Hard to say exactly who the weakest belt-holder is, but for the best non-title holder I have Kovalev, Roman Gonzalez, Canelo.

    Then Spence, Jacobs, Gvozdyk, Beterbiev, etc.

    weakest beltholders atm. hw) parker cw) Bellew lhw) vacant smw) gilberto ramirez, inactive and terrible resume. mw) saunders. won't have his belt past 7-8-17. jmw) don't give a damn about 99% of the fighters from here on down.

    That's a good question. I was probably say Zhakiyanov perhaps.

    Best non-belt holder...probably has to be Kovalev, Roman or Paul Smith.

    He's now emeritus champion, which I think means he can fight for the belt whenever he wants. But Breidis is now the official holder as Huck v Breidis became for the official WBC belt.
