Do you all forget Salido was offered the rematch just a few months ago and declined saying Loma will just hold and run again and would rather fight a rematch with Vargas? He knows that if he has any ref other than Cole he has zero chance.

Salado lost when he failed to make weight. I don't think Loma wants to give him a payday. It's probably the best payback he can give to that cheat.

 

I'm a big Garcia fan. But the circumstances of the loma salido fight where a lot different. I think loma beats salido easily in a rematch. But he won't get credit for it. Haters will always drag this up as an argument. But when lomachenko retires as the greatest amateur to lace up gloves and a multiple weight world champion in the pro ranks I'm sure you will forget all these achievements and just bring up the salido bout in his second pro fight.

True. Based on the ridiculous posts in this thread it is clear Loma may as well move on. If he beats the cheat they will say he was past prime. If he doesn't they will continue to consider the validity of the first fight even with the weight, referee, blatant fouling, judges, and the fact Loma almost KOed the cheat in the end.
