I was going to use this point. These UFC fighters just want money which I'm not mad at. They make peanuts and it's sad.

Break it down a little will you

That 11.53sec was in the pouring rain, AJ would easily crack sub 11 sec in ideal conditions. Ffs he murdered Mo Farah which is impressive.

I don't even need to count because there won't be any but how many 6ft6 250 lbs blokes are there in the NFL that can run sub 11 sec for 100m?

Jeff Demps would have been 175 lbs dripping wet when he was running track.

You're right. All the fastest guys are 5'10" or 5'11". Teddy Williams is an outlier at 6'3" but he's only 200 lbs. There is one guy who's 40 yard dash time would probably be equivalent to Joshua's 100 meters: 6'7" 298 lbs Greenbay Packers offensive lineman Jason Spriggs. Lebron James is also quite fleet of foot in the NBA.

Did some scrounging around the internet and 6'6" 315 lbs Bruce Campbell runs the 40 yard dash in 4.75 seconds. Julius Peppers ran the 40 in 4.68 seconds. Punching 40 yard dash compared to 100 meters times into google, the equivalent of what Joshua did is a 4.7 second 40 yard dash.

It doesn't surprise me some big guys can do super quick 40yd times because they train the house down for them, but the 100m is a different beat tbh

Most 250lbs guys wouldn't maintain their speed for that long

I do know a prime Jonah Lomu was 6ft5 260lbs and ran 100m in 10.8sec

They make as much as they deserve, they're basically club fighters and hobbyists. They are not real A-level athletes.

UFC needs to spend a lot of money to promote itself, that's why there's not much left for the fighters.
