There's been a lot of threads on Mayweather quotes lately. The same people that hate him are keeping him relevant.

On topic... current Floyd vs current Golovkin, Floyd gets KO'd. If they were the same size then Floyd wins easy. Golovkin is too slow and tailor made for Floyd.

No one easily beats Golovkin. Mayweather has had trouble with lesser skilled fighters. Please be logical.

 

i'm a fan of Floyd's insane boxing skills, and he is clearly IMO the best boxer since roy jones, but Floyd's movement clearly suffered at JMW when he was fighting blown up welters (cotto, Oscar...) - so i'd pick GGG at MW

weights exist for a reason and this is a classic matchup where people need to pay attention to this

 

I don't disagree with most of what is said here but Floyd can most definitely defend that punch. The same way he's been defending overhand rights to the head for years. He bends down to the right in the philly shell. GGG probably merc's him if Floyd even fights him at all.

 

Floyd is right easy work for him. GGG can't hurt Floyd, only a heavyweight like AJ could hurt Floyd.

 

Golovkin has always been a mid to long range fighter though.

 

Golovkin would knock Void out. Void had the chance to fight Golovkin, if that fight is so easy for Void, then he should sign a contract right now.........but Void will not.............

LOL Floyd would win 120-108 x3 vs GGG, no ones defence is better than Mayweather, No one can dodge punches better, and Floyd's feet and hands and mind are so much quicker than GGG, GGG walks in straight lines and Floyds 1-2 would get him all night, Jacobs demonstrated how a good boxer /mover can beat GGG ( i thought Jacobs won by 2 rounds), Yes if Floyd gets caught he could go down but Canelo couldnt catch him in 36 minutes neither did Pacman and GGG is slower than those guys, it would be a boring but easy win for Mayweather.
