possibily if spence is as good as the hype then yes no one has done what he did to aligeri and bundu. but I am pulling for brook to win
To lose for the first time and at the hands of his rescuers, that must have made him go back to square one to work on his posturing .
Everyone needs to remember that Brook recovered from a brutal machete attack and excelled thereafter in the ring. There's a slight chance that the eye might become a problem. But, did the Golovkin fight take anything out if him mentally or is he scared because of it? Not a chance.
It's naïve to think that the type of loss Brook suffered at the hands of GGG had no psychological effect on him.
You're mistaken, but hopefully his cornermen are bringing plenty of towels with them tomorrow night. I envision a scenario in which not one, but two towels are thrown in simultaneously.
Without delving into the depths of Brooks mind, nobody can say what his state of mind is. He doesn't look or act scared or damaged - quite the opposite, he looks lean, hungry and ready. We'll know for sure in a little over 24 hours time.
Of course this is all conjecture. How do you expect him to look and behave before a fight? Especially when he's a posturer.
We wont really know until the fight but i feel there wont be any negative effects from the GGG fight. The weight he has had to try lose isnt really a great deal more than he usually has to lose to make 147 although i do accept its not usually just muscle he has to lose but its always a bit of a struggle so nothing new. Im believing them that they have no worries about the eye socket injury and again we wont know if its afftected Brook mentally until the fight. If anything i feel it has probably done him some good rather than harm, aslong as the eye has recovered as they state it has.
