FFS if Groves had won every round you might have a point, but that was the 1st little period of dominance by either fighter you can't just stop it then,.

Chudinov did throw a few back, but he is too slow to compete with Groves punch for punch so he has to wait for Groves to stop punching and Groves didn't stop

Froch vs Groves 1 was a much better stoppage than this bs

The ref gave Chud enough time to respond but didn't and so was left with no choice but to protect the fighter.
