The main thing really from this is..is your too narrow stance at times..i know southpaw will be like that...when you are closer to the bag widen the stance and drive into bending at the waist more. I usually set power shots to force my opponent in the direction of the other hand, the wide body shots you see in my vid will move someone in line for the left hook standing southpaw. you have to work in succession of being able to hit a good power combo using at least a left after a right hand...you have good snap when alighned mostly the right /baseball like throw but then you step back you should follow that up. If you work on your right body shot its a good weapon to step opponents into the left side..i cant do a vid until my nephew comes down so he can record it to do myself. IDk how long you were hitting that bag so??I know in my vid i couldnt even throw jabs....but still measured with the right hand and came around with the left hook or double right hooks. its always good to try and hit the same spot in one place get the motion and technique down where you like..i know its harder on a bag that moves, the punches are off and you have to adjust, sometimes like you are doing hitting the bag as it comes back to you...the problem is it interupts flow. what type ringside gloves are those and oz?
I appreciate it. Yeah I think the main thing is bending my knees more which will help me be less narrow. I usually like to hit the same spot but it's not good for the bags, so I stopped.
You look like a cat swatting away at the bag, sorry mate but I've got more power in my left finger than that.....
I could be paralytic and still knock you out with a miss, those biatch slaps would cause a slight itch that's about it.....
Yes and that is a much tougher fight than you'd ever be, I've heard your nickname is The Canvas Kid........
