"he is huge fighter, he is very good fighter, aaand sorry he is not middleweight..you know..i know my style, just you know, i respect him, he is good, and not so strong...so many punches..i dont feel."
These same guys were/are like "GGG needs to fight Ward. Fight Ward. Ward this, Ward that. Whaaaaaa... GGG a ducker, move up Whaaaaaaa..." Never mind that Ward can't even make 168 anymore without being drained. So no problem, just have Golovkin fight Ward at 175 even though GGG rehydrates under 170 pounds.
Golovkin is a slow, tactical, plodding, pressure fighter. Which works well when you have a skill, power and chin advantage over all of your opponents. That won't work against much larger men.
I want to see Spence in with Garcia next. There's no need to see him deck Khan and Thurman is out of action for the foreseeable. Porter always shows up to fight as does Bradley and Chaves who would all make for interesting contests. I don't want to see Pac go out like ODLH did so would rather he leave that match up alone. If he insists on moving up to 154 then Cotto seems a solid option that would generate both interest and cash.
Spence just got his 1st title. He's young and has plenty of time he's a big WW and will move up in the future. GGG had a **** resume was 34 and said that anyone from 168-154 can get it two entirely different scenarios.
BS thread, Spence has no business at the moment to go up two weight classes. He wants to unify the WW division and then perhaps go to SWW and test the waters. This will be in about 3-4 years, by that time GGG will have retired. Doesn't make sense for Spence to go up as it doesn't make sense for GGG to come down to WW. If and that's a big IF the fight should happen, then GGG would need to accept a CW which I really doubt he would accept.
you aren't being honest with yourself, having 1 competitive round out of 5 is NOT beating ggg even judging insanely biasly you couldn't find more than 2 rounds to claim 10/10 in. let's pretend the ref didn't save brook the extra point in him clearly and convincingly losing round 3, the ref called a clear flash kd as some kind of slip, slide or phantom trip. brook was competing competitively vs Spence for 6 rounds. his most loyal and bias fans can claim (straight faced) they had somehow brook up after 6 but not any chance vs ggg
There is reason why dom didn't throw in towel vs spence but did for GGG....................with spence it was competitive ..............with GGG it was not....................Golovkin is a different animal
He won't have much power at 160. He actually looked physically smaller than Kell Brook on fight night, despite using physicality more, he actually looked physically weaker.
Spence out boxes Gigi G and takes him to a UD. It's about time Gigi fight somebody with balls. Not short people and quitters...
