Johnny Nelson seems a decent enough bloke but the way he sits on his SkySports stool, thighs bulging out of his trousers which are 3 sizes too small, eyeballing the viewer through the TV like he is mentally undressing us is quite unsettling…..just me?

Anyway, I don't find this hard to believe at all especially considering this would have been Wladimir in his prime (or close to it) and Wilder a green novice. It would also help explain why Deontay has avoided any legitimate threat so far in his career even though he probably hasn't made that much $$$$ fighting the second raters. When you compare the purses of former American heavyweight champs/titlists to what Wilder receives you have to wonder why he/his team are so reluctant to pursue the big fights, a yank heavyweight KO artist closing in on 40 pro fights could have banked 8 figures plus…..the logical conclusion is he is being protected until the cash out fight presents itself = Joshua.

There are still a few esb hold outs for Wilder.

We must track these members down and place them in wrist and ankle irons. While greatly limiting their food, water and sleep consumption.

It will only be a matter of time before they break and beg to cut a deal.

    Most already have.

you mean, fight dw instead of Aj, try going out in a winnable fight. Aj learned much too much from wlad, Aj only fights much better while I don't think wlad, if his wife depended on it, could train nor fight like he did.

I guess using his wife isn't saying much. was anyone else disturbed at how wlads wife looked during the Aj fight ? looked like she was forced into going to church instead of her husband biggest night, career wise

I doubt any hw can go through a good training camp without every fighter kissing the canvas, that's what training is for, to work on ones mistakes

Zelenoff was on the deck when Wilder hit him. So, technically, Charlie Z holds a DQ win over Wilder.

I'm fairly sure Oliver McCall was never knocked down in sparring -- sparring which included something like 100 completed rounds with some guy called Mike Tyson.

I got with 23 amateur fights who had fought no one as a pro got beaten up 5 years ago by one of the most dominant heavyweights of all time in his prime?

No! Nelson has to be lying!

I do know that Vlad knocked Wilder down with a jab and flattened him with a left hook....................he beat Wilder from one side of the ring to the other. Vlad is older now, but Wilder is still not good enough to beat Vlad............Vlad would knock that fraud out!!!!!!!

We are talking prime wlad back then not the one that lost to Joshua. I would favour wilder over Joshua he has more snap and one punch power and Joshua doesn't have the best chin and he gets hit alot.

And to think Dinovelvet is still adamant that Wlad avoided Wilder....
