TC is a very good fighter, easily top 5 for US boxers right now. But I'm not buying all the p4p hype just yet. His 2 best wins are gamboa (aging midget fighting way above natural weight class) and viktor postol (unproven), the rest are a bunch of C level fighters and midgets. Its not exactly his fault 140lbs is as deep as a puddle right now.
We'd all have more respect for Roach if he just said something like "the fight with Crawford doesn't make sense. He's a good fighter but doesn't bring enough money to make it worth the risk". At this point of Many's career, they're all about getting the most money for the least risk and I don't even blame them. His legacy is set at this poin and I don't grudge him a few soft touches on the way out.
I don't begrudge soft touches just drop the damn belt, he is a big name he doesn't need the belt. He clearly has no interest in fighting the PBC title holders, so he is just holding up the division.
This is a blatant duck by Roach after seeing Crawford end Postol, but Pac doesn't need to fight him tbh, there's nothing wrong with a shot fighter continuing his circus tour around the world before calling it a day.
Felix Diaz is a top 10, 140 & 147 guy and he took him to school. Like you said Crawford has beaten what's in front of him kinda like GGG, so if people consider GGG p4p for the last 3-4 years then they have to consider Crawford.
I honestly don't mind Pac shrinking into obscurity like Cotto but I hate when these type of guys hold a belt.
That wasn't what you were implying though. You said in his last 5 fights the only worthy names are Bradley and Vargas. Out of his last 5 fights he's fought 2 good names, Floyd, and Bradley.
Yeah my bad his last good wins were Bradley and Maybe Vargas. He looked out of his depth in the Floyd fight which is knocking Floyd if anything I'm saying it weren't really competitive.
