A cracking performance by Matty Askin to win the British title at CW last week I thought I would post this video, just for the comedy value of Craig Kennedy being told to move to his right and not his left so as to not walk onto the right, and completely ignoring his corner. He was told to keep his left hand up and he completely ignored his corner. Finally, he even ignored the advice to swallow the water and instead he was spitting it out.
