I remember his views on AJ, he was going on about him being the greatest HW that has ever lived and Wlad lasting 2 rds with him would've been a miracle. Lol
A 37 year old with a big name but as shot as Sherlock, who fights completely square with very little movement. That must be like a wet dream for Eubank Senior. I bet he jumped at the chance to put his less talented son in with AA.
CEJ... great hands, poor feet. The former will win this fight against AA, and the latter won't cost him against the kind of boxer who now lumbers about behind a high-guard. Good matchmaking but, as a result, will tell us little about how far Junior can go. Like most of his opponents...
Abraham's recent run of wins are Paul Smith , Murray , Stieglitz tko6 , Krasniqi. He lost wide to Ramirez but so would Eubank. Good fight for Eubank who is moving up and is waiting on bigger fights to materialize.
Nice to see CEJ fighting someone with a pulse. CES ruins the whole thing though. His son has knocked out a few bums and he talks about him like he's the messiah. Like he's actually a threat to his opponents' lives in the ring. Well, yeah, when you're fighting cab drivers you probably are. The A guys in the division might knock him out cold.
AA will shock this board The huge hype and money in the UK on the flip side will get more of their fighters eliminated from world title contention as very good fighters are ready to fight them or travel there AA is still one of them and Eubank is very overrated IMO, why did he leave MW when that division started to heat up ?
Jr has outgrown 160 ffs, and even if as you say 160 is heating up what chance do you give the likes of Charlo and Jacobs against Ramirez, Benavidez and Callum Smith. No chance in hell is the correct answer. 160 is the toddler pool compared to 168 GGG is moving up after Canelo too is that because it's heating up? You clowns claim GGG is a small 160 too and he still has legacy fights @ 160 (title defences/Undisputed). Why move up now? I think Abe is as good as it gets for Jr atm. There isn't much between him and the champion's. Fight needs to be confirmed asap and hope its part of WBSS.
Abe is shot and the two things he had going for him in his prime, ie his KO power and his toughness, have abandoned ship. His KO percentage up at 168 is abysmal and Martin Murray hurt him badly in their fight and Murray's no puncher. And on top of that CEJ is a bad style match up for him too.
