    Ward could have installed an actual baked potato with a face Sharpied onto it as his chief second for all these years and he'd be just as successful. Publicly acknowledged as crazy, but just as successful.

    This. When Pascal was unloading those sloppy combos on Alvarez's body and Alvarez didn't counter it showed he isn't elite yet. Kovalev, Stevenson, Ward, and even Oleksandr would've made Pascal pay for those wide looping shots every time.

    Exactly. Hunter is a good speaker. He's a good talker in the corner. As far as going through a training camp with him teaching technique, I'd rather have Popeye train me.

    I'd have told Fonfara to run like hell for the first 6 or 7 rounds barely engage, flicking out his jab doing his best Rigo impression and pray Stevenson didn't catch him with anything big, then gradually and cautiously pick up his workrate around the 7th and 8th and maybe if he's lucky he could eke out a MD or a late stoppage. See better strategy.:lol:

    Don't think Fonfara's the best student ever to be fair, he's kinda you know never improved anything ever ...which is mind blowing to me I can teach a 12 year old to at least try to slip left hands yet can't teach certain fighters that have dedicated there entire life to the sport hurts my head.
