I genuinely love training/weightlifting but even one day off my macros and I feel terrible unless it's a good reason e.g. Someone's birthday, summer BBQ etc. I don't know how Fury can live with himself, he weighs 250lbs on a good day, he must have been eating 6000+ calories a day to get himself into the state he has done. That is a pathetic level of discipline for anyone that trains let alone a supposed world champion of a sport such as boxing, embarrassing
