I like Kov more and I believe Ward to be a dirty fighter, so I want Kovalev to win.

But Ward just seems to be a better fighter.

I'm expecting a Ward UD. It wouldn't blow my mind by any means if Kov won though. Their last fight was won by a hair, so obviously either guy has a good chance this time.

Kovalev early/mid/late tko after comprehensively dominating the fight. Kovalev knows he won clearly while being in terrible fight condition, for himself.

Ward did nothing to change the first fight. Kovalev knows what happened, he showed down just enough to let ward see the final bell.

No incompetence, that was straight up crooked.
Kovalev went back to his old style conditioning, where he can fight 20 rounds HARD.

It's proven that kovalev is the superior boxer, the better chin and will show his mettle tomorrow night. He's 100% ready to crush wards remaining hope.

Wards team tried their best to get in kovs head, tried spreading rumors after offering jdj % to show him how to compete vs kov, he can't, never could never will.

There far more chance wards out within 3 than ward seeing 12 win ??? Ward, no ****ing change.
Bet kov for the W and stack the under/over.

    Take under 6, like clockwork

Sure but I don't ***** as much as everyone else on this board like you. Look at your pathetic conspiracy theory excuses. A guy who isn't a draw and low influence and doesn't get credit for his accomplishments and is one of the hated people in boxing has influence to pay off judges and has to cheat. GTFOH you *****. Learn how to deal with reality.

Wtg, now more than ever I'm having strong beliefs this fight could go past 6. Nothing different, kov dominating until he leaves ward in the fetal position or very wide UD's...

Kov will win everyone $$$, couldn't find a better bet. Guarantee, like mccracker being the fav over fmj. That's how confident I am in kov giving ward the business worse than last time.

    Rounds 1-3 throughout tomorrow night

The $$$ roc has invested, your dang right they have the $$$ to pull just about anything off. No one could ever watch the first fight with a group of any judges, fighters trainers and make a legit argument for ward WINNING, IMPOSSIBLE

    Simply impossible!!!!!

My heart head says Ward but does my heart says Kov. I love that damn russian. I loved the walk out at the press conference show no respect. Dre is saying hes going for the knock out, that means wait for Kov to tire out.

Kovalev by a TKO or RTD.

Will be cautious at first but once he catches Ward, he will stay on hI'm till it's over. $500 on Kov let's hope I am not wrong.

A small part of me hopes you are spot on not because I think Kovalev will win but because you're so adamant about his foreseen victory it's almost nauseating. I think I'd rather read posts of you gloating about the victory then reading the excuses that will surely be two pages long.

Good luck to you and your prediction, its bold but it's what you believe, more power to you.

IF I was a betting man I would go with Kovalev. A Kov win sets up a Trilogy to see who "really" is the best ... ka-ching! In any case, I think Kovalev wins this.

Both of these guys are professionals. Both have been fighting for years. The notion that one has the other scared and/or psyched out is a bunch of ****. Sure, everyone has adrenalin that steps into the ring. at this level fear is just a thing...a word...over used by pundits. if you fight someone and don't have any butterflies your adrenal glands are not working. that doesn't mean a thing. they are both anxious to get into the ring and get going with what they bring, their skill sets and abilities are etched into stone and have not changed since the last fight. it is possible to let anger zap too much energy and hurt you down the stretch. especially as it relates to a strategy. I really don't expect much difference from the first in the fundamentals that each one brings to the ring. however, i am expecting this to not go the distance. kovalev by ko by round 6.

I did just rewatch the first fight for the first time in months. I was surprised how clear most of the rounds were. It wasn't that hard to score. I gave Kovalev 1-4 with the knockdown of course in the 2nd. I think the 3rd and 4th were close and either or both could possibly go to Ward, but I will continue to argue Kovalev slightly deserved them. I scored 5-9 for Ward. Ward was comfortable by the 5th and really controlling the action, and then in the 7th and 8th was downright schooling Kovalev, just had him walking into traps, moved him where he wanted to, and landed a lot of clean shots. Kovalev by this point did look slow on his feet. Watching it as it happened I thought it was Ward's body shots, but I'll give Kovalev some benefit of the doubt and assume that he tired quickly because he was overtrained. Most of the last three so many don't seem to recall were GREAT. Kovalev knew Andre was banking rounds so dialed in with his accurate attack. A lot of great exchanges, with neither guy wanting to let the other seize initiative as the fight ended. Kovalev took the 10th, Ward the 11th, and Kovalev showed heart while gassed to take the 12th. 114-113 Kovalev. I think every round except the 3rd and 4th was clear enough for me to be confident in this score, and because those two rounds I scored for Kovalev I accept could go to Ward I don't think this can be scored for Kovalev by more than a point. Oops, this isn't really a prediction.

Kovalev isn't going to try to adjust or bring much of a gameplan, he's just going to try to box his fight, and if he does that to perfection he can command most of the way. And Ward doesn't really need to adjust. Ward already adjusted in the first fight, and dealt with what Kovalev offered. My prediction is Kovalev won't be able to get the early start he did last time. He therefore won't hurt Ward early. The first round after an attempted Kovalev assault will be somewhat cautious, but Ward will find Kovalev, and Kovalev won't be dictating comfortably with his jab. I just predict Kovalev won't hurt Ward early, Ward will be better early, and I guess Kovalev's endurance will be better. And now I have that feeling that, ****, anything can happen. But Ward by close but uncontroversial decision is the call.

After your summary that prediction of a ko came out of nowhere. You mean you think it could be close, with Ward may well doing better early and winning early, then Kovalev ends it just like that?

Kovalev goes all out early feinting with combos and angles, throwing high volume heavy leather, discombobulating Ward and throwing any game plan he may out of the window, the Krusher will return today, not Kovalev the skilled technician, Ward goes down several times, Hunter pulls him out, Andre won't see round 6.

Sadly for Dre, he can't actually stand in the middle of the ring and outbox Kovalev he's not the superior outboxer, that much is evident, therefore his only option he has is to rely on his tried and true mugging, spoiling and fouling act he calls the "sweet science", whereas Kovalev is the far more versatile fighter, as in, he has more than one style he can rely on.
