Lol , no. That is not what Kovalev did. Kovalev was against the ropes trying to die like an old man . Mayweather doubled over and became animated. Like every other boxer. Kovalev looked like someone sniped him from the top row.

I'm not splitting hairs. posting the video is. Kovalev got tko'd.

No, we have two men...doubled over, holding their nuts, and screaming in pain. It's on film...in slow motion. There isn't an argument here. 00:25 of this video. Kovalev is doubled over and animated...as you put it. Like any other man in history that had his nuts hit. Don't be a fool.

Actually, the ref could have jumped in and started to count because the ropes could have held Kovalev up. In my opinion that should have happened.

In both videos, a man is hit in the nuts and reacts by doubling over, holding his nuts, and wearing a pained expression, shouting inaudibly. This is reality as captured on camera...do you accept reality or will you continue to indulge in a fantasy that exists only in your head?

By definition..arguing two things as the same can not be splitting hairs. You aren't very bright are you?

Zab vs Floyd was an intentional low blow out of frustration. Ward had kovalev out on his feet and didn't need to throw an intentional low blow.

As stated far more times than should be necessary in these clips....two men were hit in the nuts, two men doubled over in pain, holding their nuts, their faces expressing discomfort. Do you debate that is what the footage shows? If you don't debate that, you agree Sinew was wrong, that's that.

This is not subjective. This is not abstract metaphysical ideas....

This is two clips of nuts being punched....and two men reacting in a similar manner that suggests it hurt to be punched in the nuts.

Rjj spot on as usual. On the broadcast he was on his game to kept talking about kovalev being tired but kellerman and Lampley glossed over it he was right.

The difference is that when Floyd was hit low, he was in complete control of the fight. Kov was in all sorts of trouble prior to the the low blow that put him down and out.

Another difference is where Kov was wearing his trunks vs where Floyd was wearing his trunks. Kov had his trunks above the navel so his belt-line was higher than usual. His belt-line was covering part of his body that is open to legal hits.

None of this has anything to do with my exchange with Sinew. Why did you even bother to quote me?

In case another idiot wants to waste both our time quoting me to share their subjective interpretation of the inner motivations of Andre Ward and Zab Judah...

I posted the two videos to show this post from Sinew to be WRONG. There is no debate on that. His observations simply do not correspond with the footage. The end.

Damage from the legal blows already sealed the deal. I'm more upset they didn't let the fight continue Sergey said he was fine and I don't see how Ward would have put his foot off the gas, he had Sergey reeling and Weeks pretty much robbed Ward of a non controversial win.

Yeah I after all the **** Sergey talked, after walking out on the press conference and all that, after all the "Son of Judges" talk and the WAR hat and saying he was gonna kick Ward's ass and all that BS, I kinda did want the fight to continue so we could see that Kovalev chicken dance. But hey, I'll take it as it happened. It still was very satisfying, but if Weeks had let it go on we may have seen a much more memorable KO.
