Wilder could win with the jab alone. Outboxing him alone would be easy. Whyte isn't some expert boxer, he takes unnecessary shots that loses rounds. Even Whyte's power isn't anything to worry about. That he cracked AJ says more about AJ than anything else.

 

Wilder showed a decent jab against Stirverne but other than that his boxing abilities have been shown to not be on Whytes level....

The shot he hit Joshua with would have knocked Wilder flat out and that's not even debatable...

 

lol please. Even if Whyte somehow did buzz Wilder, he doesn't have the stamina to finish him. Only way Whyte could win is by luck.

 

I'd have Wilder as the clear favourite. But Whyte is as good if not better than anyone Wilder has fought so far so I think he could be competitive.

But Whyte's lack of head movement and slow feet will cost him. Wilder can punch and against such an easy to hit opponent he's going to land something big sooner rather than later.
