With the way things concluded in this match, to whom do you mostly put your anger, disappointment, blame on?

Weeks - I don't believe he was paid off, I like to believe he's just to old for his job and never saw the blows, none of them. I don't think he saw the fouls in FMJ vs Maidana neither.
Ward - Took full advantage of the above situation and decided to make the best out of the proceedings. He knew he was in a close fight so decided to work the body/dick in empathetic fashion because he was getting away with it, so threw caution to the wind and never actually cared if he hit low.

Yes, SOB decided to work the testicles and he knew Weeks would do nothing about it.

    Weeks,and big league....

    Kovalev was CLEARLY hurt, but:

    What should've happened
    A. A penalty is called, point taken on 2-3 low blows on the letters in a row and 5 minutes to recover, Kovalev survives the next 30 seconds easily and another one minute rest to recover.

    B. A knockdown against the ropes is called, Kovalev gets his bearings over the count, survives 30 seconds and has a minute to recover; less chance of victory here, but I don't question Kovalevs heart and dog to come back possibly.

But we will never know due to Weeks either ineptitude or collusion.

    Shameful

I put the blame/anger/disappointment in this order:
    1. Weeks: corrupt or bad night
    2. Kovalev: should've return the low blow in kind
    3. Ward: given the opportunity, why not?!?

Weeks first and foremost, but Kova needs to look at himself also.
Can't be a sitting duck no matter the situation, he's experienced enough to know that, and he looked to be fading AGAIN, Ward was in control and rocked him. Took full advantage of it.

IMHO I put the blame on Kova. He didnt seem mentally and physically prepared to go 12 rds with Ward.

Tony Weeks only did his job, which was to make sure Ward gets a clear victory this time. When the opportunity came, he scrambled to wave off Kovalev. The Russian was done anyway. I believe Ward would've won 4 of the last 5 rds and thus leaving no question mark this time. So Weeks didnt really do Andre a favour here, who was about to win handily.

Blame and disappointment goes 90% on Kovalev as detailed in this thread:
    https://www.boxingforum24.com/threads/very-disappointed-in-sergey-kovalev.589037/

The 10% is for Weeks because he sometimes got in the way of Ward having the opportunity to finish Kovalev when Kovalev was acting a fool...and because it should've been treated as a knockdown so Ward could KO Kovalev cleanly so people could complain less.

Ward is a loser. This is what actually happened in real time. Ward lost the first fight decisively. Second fight was getting outboxed and marked up and resorts to low blows. Ref disqualifys him after constant warnings and point deductions. Kovalev is upset because he doesn't like the way he wins.
This is how the actual fight would have went if in a neutral country and neutral ref.
