In these videos I'm not moving my head as much as I do in those fights, but your right, that's sorta why I'm asking, and I've gotten my lights knocked out a couple times but not unconscious. I don't wanna fight unless I know I can hurt/knock somebody out that sounds grotesque but i don't want to be a Floyd or a benny leonard. I've gotten the job done without gloves but in your opinion with gloves on do you think those shots could down another 150 lb fighter?

Your 18 years old. Start dedicating yourself now and you could make one helluva career. I'll put it this way... your punching technique is all wrong so your not gonna do any damage with those punches. It isn't a lack of physical ability, it is a lack of technique. Fix your technique and I bet you'll see a whole different expression on people's faces when you deliver combinations.
And, respectfully. Some of those combinations have ended fights with people quite a bit bigger than me. Granted I did not have gloves on. I just have a hard time believing the would do no damage. I could be defending the only thing I've been told I can do well (punch hard) but you could also be righ an in that case could you go into more detail
You can make it better by following my initial advice - Get yourself a coach. The things your concerned about tells me your very inexperienced. The fact that your fighting unsanctioned matches tells me not to get involved. Hence, get a coach. If you care enough about the sport, you'll do it regardless of what your momma or girlfriend says.
By the way, how tall are you Lew? Do you do any kind of strength training besides boxing like lifting?
I'll do probably 20 mins of bag work everyday, lift weights once a week in the above routine and shadowbox everyday. Honestly I don't run, I can sprint really well I run a 40 yo dash in 4.6 not that it counts in boxing like Tyson said what is he gonna do pole vault out of the there
Add some more roadwork. Start with a mile or two and ramp up to three gradually. You'll see gains in boxing related stamina.
Some good fluid combinations at times. I've noticed your lead left hook and right hook at close range can be quite sloppy at times, You should put your weight on your front leg, twist and throw it. The twist makes your weight end up on your back leg. When you throw the short lead hook keep your arm close to your jaw, its not too wide of a punch like a normal left hook. These things are hard to explain, so youve got to get yourself into a gym Keep your hands up - its good practice. As mrdagowop said - its hard to judge just based on heavy bag.
Keep your guard up and to the chin all the time, especially when you roll. It also show that you're fighting a bag and not a person. You let go a combination and then takes a break, lower you hands even more and often even look a way. Also bring your hands back to the guard after punching, now you often leave one hand out like your doing some kind of measuring. Looks like a lazy habit to me. Maybe a fight fotage would tell more but if you want to get good at boxing you NEED a boxing gym. Boxing requieres an oponent. But hey, I give no were near as good as advice as a boxing coach would! Keep it up and keep us updated.
You have a mean 'stout' looking physique for someone who doesn't lift. Yeah, get to a gym. Give it a shot. I think a decent coach would want to develop/train you.
