Jr is a fully fledged 168lber, can't see him ever going back down regardless of the talk

He can't make 160 and I have always said that's why he wanted the GGG fight so badly

GGG is in the same boat though, he will move up after Canelo too, even if he hasn't unified all the belts

Why doesn't Eubank fight Groves, Degale, Smith, Ramirez or Benavidez? I can't get excited for his fights until he fights one of them. He fought one solid opponent in Saunders and has done nada for 3 years now.

Benavidez isn't relevant yet tbh, but the Groves and Smith fights are very close as long as they all keep winning

Jr hasn't fought a who's who for sure but some very decent domestic/euro level fighters
Arthur Abraham is a big name though and he's fighting him tomorrow

    Abraham
    Yildirim
    Groves
    Smith

That's a P4P run, from social media and the message boards I get the sense that people actually do want Jr to succeed. It's funny because before this fight and the WBSS all I ever heard was negativity about Jr and how much of a bum he is.

All I can say is 1 year is a long time in boxing, heck 36 minutes can change a career!!

It's much easier just watching the HW's...all these different weight classes and people jumping up and down is all very confusing.

Golovkin makes 160 he's usually on weight a lot earlier than his opponent's but with age making weight is a lot harder and I believe ggg and Abel are conscious of that and that's partly why they keep his weight down at all times. He never has to long a lay off and I've heard he's always active and in gym apart from after his last fight with Jacobs when he was injured had a lay off then suddenly we saw him seem a bit pogdy so even though it takes more discipline than possibly other fighters to make 160 discipline is something golovkin has in spades.
