Guerrero is a good dude but it's time to hang up the gloves.

lol.. But man Omar Fig. is as good as they come. He beats Dud Crawford Mark these Words. Ithink Geurrero should change coaches. Maybe fight a lower tier fighter. Omar is a future World Champion Period He's made some good money I believe, maybe he should retire.

 

This. You only have so much fight in you. Too many fighters leave it all in the ring with nothing left once their retired. Guerrero was known for being very durable, but tonight showed that his durability is all used up. Pac, Guerrero, Abraham, and Wlad all need to retire. They all managed to become world champions and make a ton of money.

Hopkins was a picture perfect example of what happens when you allow boxing to retire you rather than retiring with dignity.

 

Crawford will never allow Omar to get close to him easy fight for Crawford.

 

Crawford is a stylistic nightmare for fig. He won't lose a round to him and stops him.

 

Guerrero needs to hang em up. He's had a good career.

 

Yeah he is finished. No punch resistance at all.

 

I don't usually do this but, Omar comes off as a *****. He's a tough kid and I respect he gets in the ring but last I saw of him he looked like a baby when he got his gift decision.

I never believed he was a legitimate talent either.

 

He was an exciting fighter, but now he is finished.....................

 

Man's gotta earn a living. None of these guys are fighting for free know what I mean. Eventually economics will force them to stop when noone pays to watch.

 

The amount of punishment Both Guerreroo and Abraham took in their last fights have been sickening to watch.

There should be measures in place where the board of control intervene and enforce retirement on some fighters who are clearly a hazard to their own health, because some fighters need protecting from themselves.

 

Crawford is being extremely overrated now.

 

Crawford would beat the **** out of Figueroa.

 

I think he really should retire. He knows his situation better than any of us though, but if he isn't in debt and has money saved, he should think about hanging them up. He hasn't had any good wins in the past few years, and he probably made decent money fighting all the big names he has in the past 5 years or so. He is only 34, so he could try to give it a few more years, but lately hes been taking more punishment than I think its worth at this point.
