Lol. BJS is def one of the best trash talkers in the business. He verbally picked Monroe apart there.
For the record I'm no Willie hater. I was rooting for him when he was bouncing shots off Golovkins head. I think Monroe was the first to expose GGG. I don't care that he got dropped twice he was hitting ggg with big shots. GGG looking all frustrated in those mid rounds. Just trying to keep them honest man
What Willie Monroe went through with GGG don't mean squat when it comes to the BJS fight. Whether he lied or not don't mean a thing and don't prove nothing. Come fight time, the truth will unfold. I don't know who's gonna win and quite frankly I don't care. What I do know is the fight will be between BJS and Willie Monroe.
does it really matter? not like bjs is much better lol. hes held that belt hostage and is a joke.. if the same bjs shows up as in his last fight Monroe wins. only way bjs wins is if he shows up like vseubank
Monroe got his arse beaten badly! He had plenty of time to prepare. He made more money for that fight than Kovalev did against SOB, Kovalev made nothing! Nobody complains about that, no to mention SOB cheating like hell. Golovkin did not cheat Monroe, he beat his legally, fair and square. Golovkin is not a cheater like SOB.............
Well don't you think when your team is in deep talks that are confirmed publicly over and over to fight your biggest career bout and there IS a very specific date for the fight in that exact discussion, it is up to you and being a dedicated professional to begin preparations for it? If you plan on winning, I'd think you would. You don't need to do hard sparring 9 weeks out. He has no excuses. Well, I guess he has them. But they aren't very legit. Monroe is a good little talent and was a tad underrated back when nobody knew who he was. Then he started to get spoken of as a cult hero a bit and claims that he really is one of the best MW's out there. Even in that stale division over recent years, that was far from the truth. I do think he matches up well with Saunders and should look decent and make a good fight of it, but not picking him to win nor should anyone, really.
Yep, that was hard to watch. He just didn't know how to reply, his whole body language, the looks towards his manager or who this guy is. At the staredown though, he was more confident. I think Monroe Jr. is really camera shy, probably bad at holding presentations as well.
