Miller is basically like the USA version of Dave Allen in that he's only making a name for himself based on his personality. He's completely rubbish.

Miller's a bit of an unknown. He stopped Kassi which is impressive and the Uzbek guy whose name I can't be bothered to look up, but other than that his resume is distinctly lacking.

Washington on the other hand is a pretty known quantity. A win over Chambers and a draw with Mansour plus a competitive showing against Wilder. Nice tidy style, decent fundamentals, uses his height well. Really not that bad of a fighter all things considered. His only downsides are his power and stamina/concentration levels, but we don't yet know if the overweight Miller can capitalise on that just yet.

Whoever wins it puts him up there in the fringe top ten/fifteen, so pretty good fight really.

I think the winner will have a solid claim to number 9 or 10 in the division, especially if you don't count Tyson Fury. Honesty, it's at least one of the 2 or 3 best hw fights we've had this year that didn't have a belt on the line (which is more an indictment on how rare contender fights are than anything else).
