Mayweather/McGregor Fight Discussion

Mayweather will put a little show for the fans that paid and then stop him I'll say between rounds 6 to 8

 

I think Floyd takes him 12. Floyd gains nothing by knocking McGregor out. If he lets McGregor go the distance that opens up possibilities for Floyd to fight other nonboxers or even a McGregor rematch.

 

It'd be embarrassing if Floyd doesn't stop McGregor.

McGregor doesn't even compete in the same sport. He would lose to quality amateur boxers in boxing. His training and muscle memory has been designed to excel in another sport, which simply used basic boxing.

Floyd can play it safe and still stop McGregor since McGregor will leave more openings than guys like Berto, Canelo, Pacquiao, Cotto, etc...guys that are world class boxers. McGregor will probably get winded from missing so many punches anyway.!

 

Whenever he wants to end it, he will.

 

I highly doubt the famously cautious Mayweather will be thinking KO1 heading in as his game-plan, but if McGregor rushes in all Leeroy Jenkins hoping to score one himself in a bumrush and gets himself checkhooked & turnbuckled a'la Ricky Hatton, then it is what it is.

 

Keep dreaming...McGregor has never been stopped in a boxing fight!

Lol. Malinaggi was gettin his **** pushed in by McGregor? Good. I can't stand that weak dude. He always wants to talk **** about Pac, but he can't even get past a dude with 0 fights. Please make Pac vs Malinaggi for Pac's last fight. Would love to see that. Malinaggi is a mega hater.

Anyone know what the situation is? I'd have thought with the fight 4 weeks away, it'd have been announced who had won broadcasting rights.

 

eddie hearn said to ifl tv couple days ago that announcement should be made soon, he said that sky are interested in showing it, Frank Warren said in his ifl tv interview yesterday that it could be on BT (not those exact words but he didn't rule out bt showing it, which is hypocritical when he was slagging the whole thing just as he announced ggg canelo on bt sports) i've also heard that itv box office are interested so i'm guessing it will be announced in the next few days but who knows.
