I would actually take my chances on Breazeale again on this one.i have to assume hes going to get smarter and utilize his height more effectively after defeating fast power punching Izu who is no slouch himself. Of course when Breazeale fights again it will tell me more about how hes coming along. Actually breazeale is in my top 10 since 2016 ...so breazeale.
I'm going with Trouble in this one. I'm probably a little bit biased as I quite like the guy as a man - he's genuinely respectful and humble in his approach - and want to see him do well. I also think Miller is there to be beaten by anyone half decent who wants it enough.
Breazeale has the same weaknesses that Washington has. No jab and poor movement, once again Miller will have a big target right in front of him all night. The big difference will be Breazeale can hit hard enough to hurt Miller and Breazeale is durable and has plenty of heart. I favour Miller to win a close fought fight, he'll have his moments but without him being able to create space he'll find himself trading too often in close to win.
That would be the heaviest fight in HW division ATM (300 lbs vs 270 lbs). Funny you mention that - immediately after the fight with Washington I thought of Breazeale as a next opponent for Miller. They should meet in some kind of final eliminator, I wouldn't mind that at all. The fight itself would be brutal. I don't think that Miller has the power to earn Breazeale's respect. And it goes other way around, although I don't see Jarrell fighting so carelessly like at times with Washington. My prediction: they go the distance and Breazeale gets a very close and controversial decision.
Very fun fight, like both guys but will route for Dominic Breazeale, he made a fan of me with his sheer toughness and heart. Great fight though.
I don't think Miller has enough power to stop Breazeale who has demonstrated a good chin and heart. Miller appears to have a good chin as well but it is a different thing getting hit by Washington than it is Breazeale, who can punch (albeit very slowly). Neither of them have a jab, both have bad defences and neither seem to have great stamina. I don't think either have enough to stop each other, but I think Breazeale is more likely to hurt Miller than the other way round. Neither would attempt to outbox each other and neither have particularly good skills so I see Breazeale winning a close decision.
Miller is the better offensive fighter, with a better work rate, Breazeale has a better chin. Both seemingly have good stamina and stay relaxed in the ring. I believe Miller is the more physically stronger fighter, so I go with Miller by decision in a really good fight even though I would be hoping Breazeale would win.
Love this fight, would be absolute slugfest with Breazeale coming out on top. He's a big lump, took Joshua 7 rounds to get him out of there, I don't think Miller can do the same.
