I believe Ward is itching to retire. 1 or 2... maybe 3 fights left. He feels his legacy is secured. Wherever he can get the biggest purse is where he's going.

I get the feeling he isn't imaging many more fights, either. But I think that can change in time. You're probably right about him going after the biggest purses he can get at this point. But I think he could still wind up sticking at 175, at least awhile longer.

I don't know if any of these fights are plausible, but I'd still like to see him face the likes of Stevenson, Beterbiev, Gvozdyk, and a few others at 175. And call me crazy, but if Golovkin wins big against Canelo (as I believe he probably will), I'd still be interested in seeing Ward-Golovkin.

Not sure if any of those fights have a real chance of happening, but if they did, Ward might not get through that crew with his unblemished record intact. But he might. And I would like to see whether or not he could.

Ward could probably beat some guys north of 175, and maybe make more money there, but I think 175 is where he belongs, and I think the competition is there where he can potentially carve out a nice little legacy for himself at 175 if he takes that path and succeeds.

The guy in my avatar is named Gordon Reid? I was under the impression that he was either a person of some bygone era maybe back in Jack Johnson's time or else some caricature created with photo shop.. I fed the name Gordon Reid to Google and WIKI and got no info.

You can't find him on Google or Wiki because he's not the famous person. He's an ordinary man who looks very much alike your avatar. He used to post his comments a lot on Eastside of Boxing site.

SOB said he would fight Joshua, but you an see he was lying. SOB also said he would fight Vitali and Vlad Klitschko and knock them out, but SOB refused to fight them, if all those heavyweights were so easy to knock out, then why didn't SOB fight them?

Ward will have one fight at cruiserweight and then retire. But if he cant find the proper opponent at cruiserweight then he will end up hanging up the gloves for good.

He thinks his legacy is secured, it isnt. 50 years from now people will be talking about the screw jobs/gifts vs Kovalev, it will drive him mad and give him severe migraines everytime he hears it. Good riddance.

Bellew against Ward is close. Expect Ward against some legit heavyweight after that as a tune up and then fight with Joshua as a follow-up.
